Whether you have one PC or Twelve COMPUTERSMITHS can provide the support you need. With a Microsoft qualification in desktop support and a number of years experience working in the field means you will get the level of support to keep your business running or simply keep you in contact with your friends.

Onsite charges

£40 plus VAT (£35.25 inc VAT) per hour for most repairs (Discount available for registered Charities)

We do not charge a call out fee, but it will be a minimum of one hours labour. If we are unable to repair onsite and need to take any equipment offsite a fee will be agreed in advance.

Fixed Rate Services (All charges are excluding cost of parts)

Memory/Graphics/Sound Upgrade - £15 plus VAT

Main Hard Drive with operating system - £50 plus VAT

Additional Hard Drive without operating system - £25 plus VAT

Operating System installation only - £25 plus VAT

Small Business Newtork Support

As each customer is different so are our support rates. We can offer:

Pay As You Go - Pay our standard hourly rate for each hour onsite

Pay Per Month - Pay an agreed set amount per month no matter how much time spent onsite (excludes costs of parts)

Pay Annually with PAYG - Pay an agreed annual fee for a guaranteed response time and discounted hourly rate
