ICN - A small charity based in Bournemouth were running 12 computers in a work group with one of those computers as a 'file server'.  When we were called in to see them the system was running slowly, emails were going missing, the internet only worked intermittently and cables were running all across the floors.  We quoted to install a Microsoft Small Business Server with a backup tape solution, upgrade the computers and fix structured cabling around the offices.  They agreed to the quote and nearly 3 years later we are still supporting their systems as and when they need us.

Salisbury Museum - Running a network of 15 computers/laptops and a Small Business Server, they were looking to find a new support company who could offer them not only quicker response times but also a more value for money service.  Despite being up against a number of local suppliers we won the contract in 2008 and have continued to have a good working relationship.
